Disruption

The world as we know it has been shattered. We all are affected, either physically, mentally or metaphysically, and adjusting day after day.

The main concern, of course, is health.

I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well!

The rest of our daily challenges depend on whether you have kids, how old are they, your job, living, and family situation.

Whether you're wearing many hats from a businesswoman to a teacher to a family psychologist, or staying alone and dealing with isolation, or anything in between, we all share the same feelings...

As we settle into a new rhythm, the following comes to the forefront:

  • How long will it last? >>>(And how the heck will we transition back to "normal"?)
  • How will the new reality look like? >>> People already talk about massive shifts in how we work,  learn, and interact with people around us and globally.

Disruption creates opportunity.

Losing a familiar structure is hard AND it stimulates you to make your own choices and can allow to achieve years of growth in a matter of weeks

It may not feel this way, but everything's possible now! The world is your oyster (however, imperfect or scary it seems right now).

The way you respond NOW will create a positive impact for you and others.

But there's a catch...

There are two ways you can deal with the current situation:

1) Reactionary wait and see. Put your dreams and plans on the back burner until the situation resolves and try minimizing negative impact in the meantime. When things settle, start figuring out how to deal with what you've got.

You can find yourself in a bigger mess in the end if you didn't manage through the process. Globally, this approach can result in a disaster that will throw us years back, restrict freedom, depress economies, destroy confidence.

2) Mindfully manage the situation and pre-emptively work on your mindset. Stay grounded, connected with the right people and the right energy. Take steps based on what's important to you now AND keeping a bigger picture in mind. I call it the "both-and".

It can be a connecting, liberating experience that brings the best out of people, propels your personal progress forward, and creates a new paradigm that will benefit everyone.

Your perspective and actions will determine how this crisis will affect you personally and what will the "new normal" look like globally!

We cannot change the external environment, but we can choose our perspective.

I invite you to join forces with me and other like-minded women to support each other through these times and get the best out of this experience.

This is how we'll do this over the 5 weeks:

  1. Manage our fear so that it does not manage us. Get you out of the anxiety and start looking towards the future (when you're ready).
  2. Learn to work "smarter, not harder" by leveraging your strengths/weaknesses
  3. Create EASE by implementing strategies to get the work done AND keep your sanity.
  4. Preserve and rebuild your energy (for your sake as well as the sake of others).
  5. Stop the madness! Learn to manage through this difficult time and prepare to move forward.

Stay SANE, connected and supported to manage the situation effectively. Use the disruption as an opportunity to create meaningful positive change for you and others.

What others say...

Francoise H, Operations Manager
"I came to work with Svetlana at a very difficult period of my life - right after experiencing a burn-out and losing my job. She totally helped me live better the conditions I was given to live in. Her coaching helped me identify my strengths, problems, and quickly find solutions and put them into practice. Her approach is very straightforward and hands-on. There is no talking for hours to have you unlock issues. Her insight, intelligence and to the point reflections/questions will take you right where you need to go to free yourself and move on. I strongly recommend Sveta if you are serious about unlocking yourself. I have worked with 3 different coaches in the course of my life, and this experience has by far been the most interesting in terms of insights, and results.

Maya, Program Director
"Svetlana is a truly unique coach, she puts you at ease right away with grace, tact and genuine curiosity.
When she started working with me a few years ago, l was confused but skeptical that a stranger can see through the noise of your own mind, but she did. She empowers, guides and provides tools to hear the voice that we want to hear, but often mute instead, both professionally and personally. And then, she unapologetically helps you confront fears and excuses for a more fulfilling, meaningful, and joyful life and career. Success follows. For Svetlana, coaching people is not work, it's a calling."
