My 7-year old daughter asked me"So did you share it?"
Me: "What?"
Her: "What I said!"

I totally forgot. But being who she is, she was dead serious and reminded me.

A couple of days ago, she came over as I sat working on a media post, and out of the blue said:

"I am a hero, you are a superhero. Everyone's unique, so everyone's superhero".

"Wow!" - I said - "This is very cool. I will share this with people."

It totally jells with my beliefs and how I coach women in corporate.

I am a firm believer that your contradictions make you so gorgeously multidimensional (but aren’t so easy to reconcile). Your spicy, finicky, idiosyncratic-isms will make you a superhero at work and at home, as soon as you learn to respect them and give them proper space.

Remember, you are a superhero! Because you're unique.
