These are unprecedented times and we're in it together. As a coach, I will guide and facilitate the process and we will co-create this experience for the group so that we get through the current situation most effectively and set ourselves for the best results when it is over.
As a facilitator coach, you can expect me to:
1. Guide the group discovery process by offering themes and topics for discussion.
2. Strive to ensure equal participation and attention to all the participants.
3. Provide safety, encouragement, and support; an environment in which you can relax and explore
4. Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make
5. Expand your view of what is possible and promote discovery of new insights
6. Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board
7. Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness
8. Be an on-going resource for you in accomplishing your intentions
I expect that, as a participant in this group, you will adhere to the following Guidelines to co-creating a safe environment and supporting growth in a group:
1. Confidentiality: What I see and hear that is personal or specific to another within the group will stay here. When sharing the essence of the stories and experiences from this group program, I will share in a positive manner and protect people’s identities.
2. Participation: I will make all attempts to participate in all group calls in person to get the most out of the program for yourself, as well as to contribute to building the experience for the group.
3. Acceptance: Everyone is doing the best they can given the circumstances. I agree to accept myself and others as we are and avoid judgment.
4. Respect and attention: When a participant speaks, I give them my full attention and respect. I refrain from side talk, distractions, judgment, or formulating my response.
5. Positive feedback: I give positive and authentic acknowledgment and support to the participants. I am open to receiving the same from others.
6. Avoid giving advice and directions: Everyone has their own way and pace. Therefore we refrain from giving others directions and advice on what they should do in a situation unless a participant requests it.
7. Practice self-care and self-responsibility: I take responsibility for my self-care and well-being. If something feels like a judgment or advice, I can simply ask it to be reframed. I empower others by allowing them to take care of themselves.
THE OPTIMAL GROUP COACHING EXPERIENCE
- The program includes 5 group calls over a period of approximately 5 weeks. These calls will be scheduled on a fixed time slot (same day, same time), typically within the first three full weeks of the month. These calls are approximately 1 hour in duration.
- We will meet via an easy-to-use online tool called Zoom, which will allow us to see each other and share screens as necessary.
For optimal experience and results for you and the group, I encourage you to participate in the calls in person. However, if you are not able to attend the call, I will make every attempt to provide you with a call recording so that you can stay up to speed.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS
Everything we will be using in this coaching experience (tools, forms, schedules, documents, resources, etc) will all be housed conveniently on a secured and confidential "Private Client Website". Upon enrolling in the group program, you will be given a unique username and password. At your convenience, you may access this "Private Client Website" area to access, review and/or update the tools, documents, resources, etc that we'll be using through our engagement. I will provide you with access information and further instructions once we begin.
THE SYSTEM OF MONEY
The total amount of the agreement of $97 is due at the beginning of our agreement.
THE SYSTEM OF CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach represents, warrants and agrees as follows:
All information provided by the Client to the Coach during the course of the coaching relationship will be deemed "Confidential Information" and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach will not disclose any communications, either verbal or written, that have taken place either between the Coach and the Client or with regard to this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the consent of the Client. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Confidential Information" does not include information that is:
(a) previously known to the Coach prior to discussions regarding this Agreement, free from any obligation to keep it confidential, or
(b) publicly disclosed by the Client either prior to or subsequent to the receipt by the Coach of such information, or
(c) independently developed by the Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or
(d) rightfully obtained by the Coach from a third party lawfully in possession of Confidential Information who is not bound by confidentiality obligations to the Client.
The Coach may disclose Confidential Information if required to do so under applicable law, rule or order; provided that the Coach, where reasonably practicable and to the extent legally permissible, provides the Client with prior written notice of the required disclosure. The Coach will return, or at the Client's request, destroy, all copies of the Confidential Information in the Coach’s possession or control upon termination of this Agreement.
Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
